1. Definitions
Online sales contract: a distance contract concerning tangible movable goods offered on BUYCEMIX, concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer.
Buyer: the natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial or professional activity.
BUYCEMIX: the brand and website promoting the sale of goods.
Supplier/Seller: the company responsible for the sale of the goods covered by this contract.
2. Identification and Obligations of the Parties
Supplier: the goods offered on BUYCEMIX are sold by the company indicated in the official contact details.
Buyer: expressly declares to purchase as a consumer and undertakes not to resell the products for commercial purposes.
3. Subject and Conclusion of the Contract
The tangible goods displayed on BUYCEMIX constitute a public offer pursuant to Art. 1336 of the Civil Code.
The contract is concluded exclusively online, by completing and submitting the order form and subsequent email confirmation from the Supplier.
4. Payment and Refunds
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Credit cards (data handled directly by banking institutions)
Any refunds will be made within 30 days of acknowledgment of the right to a refund, using the same payment method employed for the purchase.
5. Delivery Times and Methods
Delivery is made through specialized couriers with appropriate packaging. Delivery time: within 30 days of contract conclusion, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer. Any delays will be notified by email. Times may vary depending on the destination country.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order. For non-EU deliveries, any customs duties and taxes are borne exclusively by the Buyer.
7. Product Availability
In the event of total or partial unavailability of an ordered product, the Supplier will promptly inform the Buyer via email, offering a replacement or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Supplier shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure, unforeseen events or malfunctions of the Internet or third-party providers. In such cases, the Buyer shall only be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.
9. Legal Warranty of Conformity
All products sold on BUYCEMIX are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity under the Consumer Code (Arts. 128–135). The Buyer must report any defect within 2 months of its discovery.
10. Buyer’s Obligations
- Pay the product price within the indicated times and methods.
- Keep the order confirmation email.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without penalty and without giving any reason.
To exercise withdrawal, the Buyer must send a communication to: info@buycemix.com.
Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
12. Product Exchange
The Buyer may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@buycemix.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. The Supplier may request photographic evidence before authorizing the exchange.
13. Personal Data Processing
BUYCEMIX guarantees compliance with data protection regulations: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. Buyer data will be used exclusively for contractual, fiscal and legal purposes. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the Buyer’s place of residence or domicile.
16. Duration and Validity
Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any changes shall take effect only for orders placed after their publication on buycemix.com.
