1) Withdrawal Period (14 days)
According to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days:
- From delivery of the product (for single-item purchases);
- From delivery of the last product (for multiple items delivered separately).
Note: The previous reference to “14 days from purchase” is replaced by 14 days from delivery, as required by law.
2) How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise withdrawal within the time limits:
- Send a clear communication to info@buycemix.com indicating the order number, products to return, name, and contact details.
- Within 14 days of the communication, ship the goods to the address provided by our support (do not send to the manufacturer).
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) inside the package.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in writing by BUYCEMIX.
3) Return Eligibility Requirements
To be accepted, the product must be:
- Intact, unused, and in perfect condition;
- Complete with original packaging, accessories, and manuals;
- Properly packaged for transport.
BUYCEMIX reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a partial refund (see point 6).
4) Products Excluded from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code) to:
- Customized or made-to-order products;
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, once opened (e.g., personal/intimate items, opened cosmetics);
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly;
- Digital content delivered on non-physical media after execution has started with the user’s consent (e.g., downloadable software);
- Newspapers, periodicals, and magazines, except subscriptions.
5) Legal Warranty and Replacement for Defects/Damage
In case of defective, damaged, or non-conforming products, the 24-month legal warranty of conformity applies (Arts. 128–135 of the Consumer Code).
Report within 2 months of discovery to info@buycemix.com including photos/videos of the defect and order number.
Depending on the case, BUYCEMIX will repair or replace the item at no cost; if not possible or excessively burdensome, a price reduction or refund will be issued.
This process differs from withdrawal: if the product is defective, return shipping costs are covered by BUYCEMIX.
6) Refunds (Timing and Partial Refund Cases)
Once the return is received and inspected:
- A confirmation email will be sent;
- If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method as the purchase (unless agreed otherwise).
Partial refunds may apply when:
- The item is not in its original condition (wear, damage, missing parts not due to BUYCEMIX);
- Original packaging/accessories are missing;
- The return exceeds deadlines or fails to follow the procedure.
7) Sale/Promotional Items
Except for the 14-day withdrawal right, sale items may follow promotional conditions different from full-priced items (e.g., exchange/store credit instead of refund). Offer conditions will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.
8) Exchanges (Non-Defective Products)
If you wish to exchange for another size/model (unused, intact product), contact info@buycemix.com within 14 days of delivery.
We will provide the return address and instructions. Return and reshipment costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
9) Delays or Missing Refunds – What to Do
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account/statement;
- Contact your card issuer (some processing times are normal);
- Contact your bank.
If the refund is still not received, email info@buycemix.com with subject “Refund not received + order number”.
10) Return Address
The return address will be provided by our support after your request to info@buycemix.com. Do not send to the manufacturer or unauthorized addresses: untracked or incorrectly addressed packages will not be refundable.
11) Proof of Purchase
All returns require proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice if issued).
